Project Completion & Report
Written by Peter Albion
Friday, 19 February 2010

In the first year of the project (2007 - 2008) the work focused on development of example environments for learning and teaching using Web3D technologies. Information about those examples, Web3D technologies, and the development process is available elsewhere on this site together with links from which completed examples can be downloaded.

In the second year of the project (2008 - 2009) the focus shifted to supporting staff working in courses as they built and used learning spaces using existing 3D environments such as Second Life and ExitReality.

A final report on the project has been submitted to ALTC and will be published on the ALTC site once it has been reviewed.
